I am going to review you as a teacher, which you are. When you said, "What image comes to mind?" You are asked the congregation to think about what they already know about Moses. This gets them ready for the new lesson and also gets them actively involved in the learning. This will increase meaning which allows the brain to remember. As a learner, I am thinking about listening to what God is telling me when I am being asked to do something. Is this my strength. The movie clip was a good motivational tool as it increases interest.
